Alamy Pricing


This is a little old, as I missed blogging about it. Alamy has updated their pricing to include smaller size formats.

UPDATED: We have updated this blog post to include more details on Rights Managed uses, please see below

We will shortly be offering 3 new file sizes for both RF and RM images on Alamy.

Royalty Free (RF) images will be available at the following sizes and price points:-

  • Up to 170 pixels: $5 / £5 / €5
  • Up to 280 pixels: $15 / £15 / €15
  • Up to 450 pixels: $49 / £39 / €49

Rights Managed (L or RP) images will be available as low resolution files for electronic use..

Electronic uses:-

  • Corporate website (single placement / one design - duration up to 1 year)
  • Editorial website (single placement / one design - duration up to 1 year)
  • Electronic presentation (single placement / one design - duration up to 1 year)
  • Promotional email (up to 10,000 recipients, single placement / one design) – duration 3 months)
  • One web advertisement (single placement / one design) – duration 3 months)
Price points for all the above electronic uses:-
  • Up to 170 pixels: $15 / £15 / €15
  • Up to 280 pixels: $35 / £35 / €35
  • Up to 450 pixels: $49 / £39 / €49

We will notify all contributors when these new file sizes are available to customers on the site.

Qidoou Smart Sport Watch Review (Affordable Watch for Fitness Gurus and Kids)

I picked up the Qidoou Smart Sports Watch as I wanted something to track my fitness and allow me to see when people called without always grabbing my phone.  The watch is very light and in turn comfortable, which surprised me with the rubber wrist band.  Considering everything it does and the price point also makes a great watch for kids or teens.  My phone is a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 and I had no issues connecting once I downloaded the 2 apps (FunRun & BTNotifications).  FunRun is the fitness tracker stuff and the BTNotifications is how your phone gets the message, calls, etc. I only used the apps to set up the phone after that really didn't need to access them, so I wish they could combine them into one app.  Battery life has lasted me all day, but you need to charge it nightly.  Several built-in apps, so you have a little something for everyone.  Don't expect it to be the same level as the high-end brands, but it does all the basics plus a lot more for the
